TimezoneType_Undefined	Undefined unitialized default value, triggers error when used.
TimezoneType_UTC	Signifies that local time is equal to UT.
TimezoneType_Later	Signifies that local time is later than UT.
TimezoneType_Earlier	Signifies that local time is earlier than UT.
