• Installing compressed package

Installation packages comes in two variants. Either a self-installing archive or compressed package.

Self-installing archives are very easy to install, as they use the standard installation process for each platform.

Installing compressed package

Compressed package for UNIX does not include package dependencies runtime, which has to be installed separately.

For debian, the installation would require:

apt-get install libjpeg9
apt-get install libssl1.0.0
apt-get install zlib1g

After the package contents are extracted, the application should be ready to run.
